Startup Factory is a startup studio. Basicly, we are a startup creating other startups. We build 1 new compagny every 6 weeks and we are constantly looking for talented candidate entrepreneurs.

Our 30 portfolio companies are constantly hiring. Talent is the number 1 success factor of a new venture.

In this context, we are looking for a talent hacker / recruiter who will be in charge of using all her / his skillset to help us attract the most promising candidates into our ecosystem. In this job, you will not only be in charge of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, but also be the project manager for our Jobfair, the most important recruitment event in Belgium for Startups (more than 200 candidates every months).

Job Description

Your responsilities :

  • Recruitment : Be in charge of the entire recruitment process for our core team (the core team / the studio / is in charge of assisting entrepreneur and launching new projects) Assist and advise our Startups in their recruitments Manage our APM Improve our sourcing channels and manage your own budget
  • Jobfair: Manage the organization (liasing with marketing / communication and operations team) Developp the event and represent SF in front of potential partners / external startups

You will be working closely with the COO of Startup Factory. He would be more than happy to delegate other tasks to you in the future (can be HR, happiness officer, legal, process optimization ...). This is definitly a job where your responsibilities and task would grow quickly.

Preferred Experience
