Job Description

Carjo is a car jockey service company that offers on-site car wash, car move and car check services to personal and business customers. Their goal is to assist companies in the management of their car fleet. They also aim to facilitate the life of people who own a car in a city.

Their tailor-made services are operated by a large team of jockeys that are trained and get development opportunities throughout their career.

Growing every month, Carjo is currently performing around 600 interventions per month and is now raising funds to sustain its growth.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join Carjo ! You will have a crucial role in “running the shop” and in providing support to our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our operations including administrative, legal and financial processes.

Preferred Experience

Your Responsibilities:

  • You ensure operational excellence: you make sure the company runs smoothly and in a cost-effective way.
  • You manage daily finances including budget compliance and the sending and payment of invoices
  • You oversee legal related processes such as client contracts drafting
  • You deliver support in various ways such as helping Carjo develop her business plan and giving her guidance in notarial procedure.
  • You oversee HR processes, including recruiting, employee onboarding and teambuilding activites.

  • You are analytical and reliable. Excel has no secret for you.
  • You are the king or queen of multitasking. You have an effective way of using your time, energy and mental capacity.
  • You are familiar with HR duties such as talent acquisition, contract management and payroll activities.
  • You have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and bank account management.
  • You enjoy working with a small team, in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • You are hands on, eager to learn and full of motivation.
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a startup
