Job Description

Our property managers and event coordinators play a key role in the success of the Kastl project. Attached to a house of which he/she knows every corner, he/she is the privileged interlocutor of our clients for all the logistic organisation of the location from its event confirmation to the arrival of the participants. You are therefore fully at the service of our clients, making sure that everything is possible in this magical place.

Responsabilities

  • We are looking for a candidate who is organized, creative and detail-oriented with strong problem solving and communication skills.

  • Influence the customer and other internal organizations with a hospitality-focused, customer-driven approach. Drive consensus, and compromise when needed.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects at the same time will be necessary for the job.

  • The event and property coordinator will be required to deal with contracts, payments, and client tours.

  • You'll be responsible for handling all communications with and working with all clients, client vendors and event planners.

  • The coordinator will be responsible for arranging and helping with event set-up, take-down and clean-up, as well as yard maintenance and landscaping.

  • The coordinator’s main focus will be ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless venue experience for our clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • An extreme level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all walks of life

  • Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volume and manage your own time

  • A knowledge of the industry as well as at least 1 year of experience in event planning or organizing, marketing or management.

  • Prior experience working in customer service, hospitality, client relations or account management self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Rotating evenings, weekends and holidays are expected
