Medicheck is a digital young company that helps organizations reduce their absenteeism in a positive way.

Our start-up disrupts the market of medical control in Belgium in order to make it more transparent and respectful for employees and more efficient for employers. The company is strongly and quickly growing and has currently more than 10 employees in his HQs located in the center of Brussels.

We are currently looking for a Junior Business Developer (Dutch speaking) with an entrepreneurial spirit to support our incredible and exciting commercial development and help us in our growth.

Our business moves fast, the challenges we face change every week and you will be involved in every step of the way. You’ll have an impact on multiple aspects of the business.

Your missions

  • Acquisition of new clients (Flemish Brabant, East & West-Flanders) - 65% of time - splitted between:
    Lead creation (phone) -25% of time (expect more in the beginning)
    Meeting clients - 60%
    Follow-up and administrative tasks - 15%

  • Account Management of existing clients - 10% of time

  • Doctors network development - 25% of time - splitted between:
    Call doctors and set-up appointments: 20%
    Meeting doctors: 80%

Preferred Experience

This job is for you if you want to be in contact with prospects and clients and..

You are fluent in Dutch - French and/or English is a plus
You are not afraid to call and lead people and feel business development is part of you
You have maximum 3 years of experience in a similar function - B2B sales experience is an asset
You have a master or bachelor’s degree
You are results and targets driven and have strong analytical skills
You are proactive, autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit (you are a ‘do-er’)
You are not afraid to take your phone and to be assertive with clients
You love communicate with your manager and your fellow team members
