Job Description

About the role 💼

As a business developer, you role will consist of:

  • Create, develop and manage the customer portfolio in line with the company's strategy, managing the sales process right up to the signature.

  • You manage commercial relations from making an appointment with a prospect, to the visit, the analysis of the need, the proposal and costing of the solution, the negotiation and the final decision.

  • You analyse the needs of your prospects and look for the appropriate solutions, which you translate into costed offers. You then follow up your commercial proposals until they are signed.

  • You play a key role in prospecting and communicating our solutions. Your analytical skills enable you to build a prospecting work aimed at identifying the most relevant prospects.

  • You become the ambassador of our solutions and services. You will be required to make presentations to various profiles: company manager, purchasing manager, logistics manager, etc.

  • Identify our persona and target the right clients through cold calling et prospection

  • Drive day-to-day operations, align resources to achieve key business priorities and proactively mitigate business, operational & governance risks

  • Continue to develop the business model ahead of the market by identifying new business opportunities and new belgian cities

Preferred Experience

Are you the one?

  • You have a whole bunch of motivation and creativity
  • You have at least 3 years experience in sales (B2B)
  • “There are people who watch things happen and there are people who make things happen”. You’re one of the latter.
  • You're a generalist with a core speciality in business development
  • You are curious and humble. You’re not afraid to surround yourself with people who are smarter than you.
  • You are a ¨French and English speaker (Dutch is a plus)
